Really annoying by how my first and last experience here went. I got a gel manicure and a haircut, even tho the girls that helped me are not to experienced and we have some issues my overall experience with them was great, they were super kind and nice and I also can understand everyone was new at some point but! I requested a second appointment with the same stylist who cut my hair couple days after because I wanted a bit more hair in my bang, I specifically told the lady over the phone, I want my appointment with her she did a great job I just want a bit more so I got my appointment I showed up to my appointment and I was called by someone else, I mentioned her the situation and why I wanted the other girl and how I couldn’t understand why front desk hadn’t take care of properly, after waiting for a while this other stylist came and said I got your stylist she is ready to do your hair now, we went back to station and this new stylist explained to me she was a more experienced stylist than the other one, that she wasn’t a senior but was higher than the one I wanted, who is a junior, and she asked if it was alright if she stay next to us while the other one was doing her job, I said I didn’t mind but what a terrible mistake, I again said, I loved what she did I just want more hair but I just want exactly the same but not even with being maybe the 5th time I say this this “more experienced” stylist started to give the other stylist all the instructions to how to do the job that she already had done great and became my appointment into a class of how she likes to do things without even let this new girl talk, and as you can imagine it, I hated it sooo bad, I even mentioned it I didn’t like it and I just wanted it as the first girl had did it before but that whatever it was cut and there was nothing to do about it, the “experienced stylist just left while telling the new girl, who was clearly uncomfortable with how things were happening, to take me to the front and charge me, then of course I was charged again just for a touch up which I would pay happily if things hadn’t turned in the way they did, to the two girls who help me in my first time, thanks for being so kind and I hope you can keep improving your skills, but to management to the front desk girl that didn’t do her job and to the “experienced” stylist that completely ignored my words right in front of my face and didn’t even say sorry, what a horrible way to treat your customers. Terrible!!
