Read MoreSo, these people aren't the most compassionate or caring staff. After struggling with hearing loss, nausea & loss of balance for several months, my MRI showed a mass. While I was trying to make sure that the doctor had what he needed for my follow-up appt, I was greeted with impatience & indifference. No one bothered to explain that he would just be referring me to another type of doctor. Then, when addressing my doctor's nurse at my appt, she was rude & cut me off to explain that she told me I didn't need to bring imaging. They didn't show concern or compassion for the patient, me, who just found out that I have a tumor. And to top it off, my husband saw the nurse & another intake nurse, rolling their eyes behind my back as I walked away. Needless to say, I'm looking for another ENT.
