My experience with this clinic was deeply disappointing and frankly unacceptable. I called to make an appointment and was initially told they were accepting new patients. Later, I was told the opposite. When I asked why, the response suddenly changed back to “yes, we are.” This inconsistency alone was frustrating, but what followed was worse.
Adrienne, the person I spoke with, was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I was trying to clarify insurance coverage, and she refused to assist. She would not speak with my insurance company or make any effort to help resolve the issue. When I called back with my insurance on the line to verify coverage, she hung up on us.
Her tone and attitude made it clear she could not be bothered to help. She treated me like a nuisance instead of a patient seeking care. She showed no empathy, no patience, and no interest in providing even basic support. It felt like I was being pushed away simply for trying to schedule an appointment.
As someone who works in healthcare operations, I find this level of unprofessionalism especially troubling. Adrienne does not reflect the values of patient care, and her presence at the front line of your clinic is, in my opinion, a serious disservice to both Dr. Evans and to healthcare as a whole.
Patients deserve to be treated with respect, dignity, and a willingness to help. None of that was present here. I strongly urge the leadership to reconsider who is representing your practice.
