Saw Dr. Riedler to establish care since I am/was new to the area. She was borderline rude, kind of snarky and dismissive. At one point she asked how I got the appointment with her since people who have been her patients for years couldnt get one. The question wasnt inquisitive, but rather accusatory! Then went on to ask why I even needed her since I had so many specialists involved in my care. Really? The kicker was when she asked if I wanted to address my anxiety. Puzzled, I asked what she meant by that. She said I seemed high strung. I replied I didnt feel I had any more "anxiety" than the average person. She rolled her eyes and said, "Oh, Okay..." like I was in major denial. I've had multiple messages regarding referrals go unanswered, prescriptions not filled... just not the kind of professionalism I choose to subject myself to. I've since found a new PCM and am very happy elsewhere.
