I had the most wonderful experience at Swan River Yoga, especially in a class led by Caroline. Her teaching style is incredibly peaceful and uplifting, creating a space that feels both calming and lighthearted. The class was deeply grounding, but we also shared moments of laughter, which made it feel even more connected and natural.
When Caroline came over to help adjust my pose, I felt an immediate sense of calm—more than I had in weeks. I’ve been navigating some difficult life events, and for the first time in a while, I left class feeling at peace. That sense of stillness and presence is something I’ve struggled to sustain lately, but Caroline’s energy and guidance made it possible, even if just for that hour.
