Read MoreI have been here many times, often leaving disappointed or frustrated. This time was different. Everyone was kind, and they now do triage, which is nice. The doctor, Dr. Jackson was fantastic! He was personable to my 6-year-old son and myself and had excellent communication skills. He sat down while he charted and provided explanation/education—and acted in a completely unhurried manner. He connected with the patients and we discussed the plan of care together. It was a great experience and one Sutter should be very proud of. I only wish Dr. Jackson was a local physician and not a locum. I hope he continues to work with Sutter, he certainly elevated the quality brought to this urgent care!
