She apologized, asked for more information and indicated she would be sure it never happened again. It never did. I have found the most efficient use of time for both of us is using their patient portal on the web. I realize this doesn't work for all but it is the best option. I would recommend her wholeheartedly. I should add I have been seeing her since the early days of her practice.
