Read MoreThe negative reviews baffle me, truly. I HAD to write this one after today. My wife and I have been going to Step Mountain Medical for over 3 years. In all our encounters the staff have been professional and friendly. Kirt Larson and Jamie are fantastic. They ALWAYS give us as much time as we need. They answer questions and concerns. They have often given us an appointment last minute when we are sick. Today I was at my wit's end with my sinusitis, I called them up and they close early on Fridays (which I should have remembered). They had no openings but Jamie stayed late just to give me a telemed appointment and get the prescription I need. And she didn't just immediately push pills, she asked questions and diagnosed. Another time when my daughter was sick, Kirt Larsen gave her a gallon of his family's special apple cider brew that he gives as gifts. She always remembers how kind he was to her. I am not overstating this when I say Step Mountain has been the best primary care facility we've ever had. (It might be important to say I don't know any of these kind folks outside of this place as well)
