This is going to be a very long review but it is very well deserved for this practice. I have to rave about how amazing Dr. Steiner and his staff is. I have dealt with many different specialists in different medical fields, and they all seem to be only focused on getting stuff done and charging as much money as they can without batting an eye. My daughter who is 9 had an impacted tooth with one of her adult top teeth. I was referred to Dr. Steiner by her dentist, Dr. Worley who is also outstanding, and we went in to get the procedure done. He had to cut a slit and into the gum, giving him access to the tooth to maneuver it down so it could fully come through. The procedure went well but her gum ended up covering the exposed impacted tooth back up, which normally doesn't happen. When we went in for her check up, it still had not moved down and thats when Dr. Steiner informed me that we had to do the procedure again. My first question was "do I need to pay for this again, I hope not because I am a single mom with just a customer service salary coming in." He didn't even hesitate and told me "absolutely not, this is extremely rare and don't worry about it". I instantly thanked him so much....that alone made me realize he really is a good doctor. THEN it gets even better..today was her 2nd procedure. While he re-exposed the tooth, he realized her tooth was turning inward causing it to go into the gum tissue again and back behind the bone which caused it to stop coming down. He then informed me I may need a brace on it to help it. I assumed we would have to go to an Orthodontist after this procedure due to a former conversation we had about impacted teeth in the beginning. He then had his assistant go get a brace. I then asked "You are going to do that for us? I thought we would have had to go to an Orthodontist". He said "no don't even worry about it. This procedure is so rare that I'm going to save y'all the trouble, and time and go ahead and do it while I'm already working on it". My next question was then "is this going to cost me? If so how much?" He then said "I'm not going to charge you anything." I wanted to tear up right there. I have never in my life met such a caring and awesome doctor. He is the absolute best and I will always tell everyone about him and his practice. If you want a true, genuine and honest dentist working on you or your family members teeth...he is that guy!! Him and his assistants were also so amazing and gentle with my daughter. He also calls and checks up on his patients before closing. His staff is also PHENOMENAL. The sweetest people ever. Thank you so much again Dr. Steiner! Keep doing what you are doing because something like the kind gestures and things you did for my daughter and I may be a small sweet things to you, but to us it is so much more. You made a world of difference and I will never forget the great experience we had! My daughter asked many times if Dr. Steiner could be her forever dentist haha but I had to inform her he's a specialist, but if ever she needs work done like that again, I know who to have them refer me to.
