Placed an appointment online (which they called me about a week ahead of schedule and said an earlier time slot opened up and if I would like to take it), I received an email the day before to finish any necessary paperwork online so that when I got there they knew who I was, and didn't need anything else. When I got there 15 minutes ahead of my appointment, they got me checked in and in with the doc in no time. It was a contact fitting appointment, I was surprised when they actually had a trial box of daily contacts to send me home with in my strong prescription. Also all the lovely people working there are very pleasant, they genuinely care about answering concerns/questions and give recommendations on types of products and brands to buy and even places and quantities to buy to try to save you some money. That for me is a huge plus. An office that isn't afraid to give me personalized recommendations instead of trying to push something they're trying to sell. To any review or anyone going to try to reduce a star of their review based on location or the building itself, keep in mind Logan has expanded rather quickly, that area of town has never been fun, and this building is quite dated, but that should show you that they've managed to stick around that long as well 😉 Rather I'd like to think the people here has earned a new upgraded location.
