I had a billing issue. It happened 2x, the first issue was they were transitioning to a new system, and didn't input my payment. Luckily I kept my receipt and the issue was resolved.
The 2nd time, I learned that, while my insurance was billed, they out source their billing, and the confusion was not the staff at the location, but the billing outsourced. Even though they ran my insurance, the outsourcing billing stated I owed no co-pay, but my insurance later showed they only covered a %/ maximum amount. Prior to this knowledge, I was extremely dissatisfied, because I felt I was lied too, but after speaking with the someone who could explain to me why, I realized the fault was most likely in the insurance company, giving out crap estimates prices.
I should have known especially since I've worked in the billing departments of other companies. So I apologize. The previous review was posted with a lack of information, which I should have further investigated.
