Let me preface this review by emphasizing how incredibly seldom I feel compelled to leave feedback. Went here several days ago and waited patiently for 2 hours to see the dentist which is fine, I understand they get backed up. After consulting with the dentist he advised me that he was unable to pull the tooth, but he could write antibiotics to alleviate my excruciating pain. After 2 days of checking with Walgreens in the area and finding no prescription called in, I called back and was told that they forgot to even write the prescription but it would be called in soon and she verbally repeated back the address of the pharmacy. So you already know where this is going, I arrive at the second pharmacy and they have no idea what I'm talking about. So there is another day of raging infection pain. So this morning I call the dentist AGAIN and they have the audacity to insinuate that I went to the wrong pharmacy when I know for a fact this is simply untrue. So I would like to be contacted by someone who can explain to me if this happened as a result of incompetence, or laziness. I KNOW that those 2 things are what lead to me having bad teeth, but at the same time I don't claim to be a licensed dentist who charges people or bills medicaid even and then simply does nothing. It's a hard pill to swallow when you are counting the minutes down feeling your heartbeat in your jaw and knowing it could have been prevented had you simply not been forgotten about. PLEASE RESPOND
