Then when I finally talked to this individual, this person had an attitude and was unprofessional. I was told, I called your Pharmacy last night. So am I supposed to be a mind-reader ? And know that you did that. I believe a phone call to the patient especially in the medical field nowadays should be in order. That patient should get a phone call relating what's going on to their prescription. This department needs a lot of work !
