Each visit, critical medications prescribed by my doctor have not been sent to my pharmacy on the same day, directly contradicting the standard of care expected. This gross oversight has repeatedly left me suffering in unnecessary pain. Additionally, attempting to resolve these issues is compounded by the office's poor communication; phone calls and voicemails go unanswered, further delaying necessary treatments. The front desk staff's consistent failure to perform such basic yet vital tasks is not only disappointing but also intolerable. It reflects a fundamental disregard for patient health and well-being. I find it imperative that this issue be addressed promptly to prevent further harm to patients. Those considering this office should be aware of its apparent operational and ethical deficiencies!!!
