Read MoreIf you are looking for a new Dr. Then I highly recommend Dr. Alicia Ward, or any of the physicians at the southeast health westgate clinic on Westgate Parkway. Formally known as first med of Dothan. Everyone there is so kind and nice from the first time you walk in and meet the receptionist. All the way to the nurses, to the doctors, to labs, x-ray and whatever else you might need to be done. Dr. Roddy Cook was my Dr, for over 22 years and I used him up until his retirement. When Dr. Ward joined the practice, I became her patient and from the very first day that I met her. I knew that she truly cared about me and my health. She took the time to go over my chart, my medical conditions, and the medication’s that I was currently taking. Even took the time to let me know the pros and cons of each of the medications I was taking. She laid out a plan as to what needed to be done to get me started on what next steps to take in order to get me going in the right track of getting my health back on track. I left that day, knowing that she truly was a compassionate, caring and understanding doctor and I knew that I was in great hands and that was a little over three years ago and she has done just that. I have to say, Dr. Alicia Ward, has gone above and beyond to help me with my health problems and any concerns that I might have and her nurse Mis.Kelly, well she’s the best nurse that I have ever come across and I’m such a lucky patient to be able to have these two medical professionals looking over me and my medical conditions and my medications. It’s such a relief knowing that you’re in good hands. That’s why I will be following Dr. Ward to her new location. Because if you know, you know, you’ve got a good doctor you do everything possible to stay with them no matter what. The only thing that I was not happy about is when I found out that Miss Kelly, Dr. Wards nurse. Would not be moving to the new location with her. I really don’t know why, but I do know that she will be greatly missed. She plays a very important role in helping Dr. Ward succeed in taking care of the patients. So if you’re in
