Within minutes, Dr. Wu personally called me, reviewed pictures of my 2.5 year old son’s tooth, and helped us create a thoughtful plan to keep him comfortable and cared for through the weekend until he could be seen in person.
Once we arrived at the office, we were completely blown away. Every single detail was meticulously thought through—from the sparkling clean environment to the warm and welcoming staff. They found a movie my son loved, helped ease his nerves in the chair, and went above and beyond to make the entire experience positive. They took time to explain how to best care for him post-extraction, offered clear guidance on future dental hygiene, and even provided fun little toys that brought a big smile to his face.
Coming from a dental family, we tend to be pretty particular about the care we receive—but this office far exceeded our expectations. Their professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail were unmatched. Hands down the best dental office we could be at. So grateful we found them!
