I filed a grievance against Dr Nario with my insurance provider stating; borderline patient abandonment, unprofessional behavior, overcharging for treatment. My insurance provider agreed with me and requested her to refund me more than $1,000. I had to file disputes with my credit card company to get back some of my money. Nario still owes me $500, which she agreed to pay, yet won't return my phone calls, messages left with staff nor respond to letter sent. I have been dealing with this situation for six months, which is unacceptable!
