I have been in the market for an implant for over a year since I had my doubts about one of the dental offices in Placentia. It is mandatory to find a trustworthy, ethical, transparent, good morals, good communication doctor! And I found him! Doctor KOOSHYAR TAHMASBI from 1042 N Tustin Street, CA 92867 office in Orange. When I go to an office, I don't give them any details about other office experiences or work that they said has to be done so that I will get a fresh opinion. I just told dr. Tahmasabi, "I want to make sure I don't have any cavities since I consider having the implant done ."He took x-rays and tooth by tooth pictures and found nothing! A previous office that I had been in Brea, they said I have a huge cavity that needed to be treated with a root canal, the tooth shaved down half to its size, and new crown work done. Nothing was true!
Having a history of Brain Surgery and Trigeminal Neuralgia, Dr. Tahmasabi spent 45 minutes explaining the entire process to me, what had to be done, and my alternatives. He listened to all my concerns about sinus lifts. He presented possible ways of doing the implant based on my CT scan measurements and explained why different alternatives in terms of the screws, positions, and other factors weren't a good choice. Some of these alternatives were offered as "a good deal" from other offices that I have been to. Since the implant process is mainly at least 3 appointments over several months, I have been waiting to write this review to make sure that what dr. Tahmasabi said ( and promised) he delivered. And he did! I started my first appointment with dr Tahmasabi on March 8, 2022. Losing my trust in doctors, I researched implants, talked to a friend dentist from the Chicago area, and aligned with Dr. Tahamasabi's plan which actually passed all my checked points.
On April 4, I decided to start the implant work. Today May 9, everything is according to the plan, no complications, nothing moving inside, or any infection or side effects. I highly recommend Dr. Kooshyar Tahmasabi for your dental work! You'll notice that I have over 25 000 000 views and level 8 reviewer titles on google maps. My five stars for a review aren't given easily; it has to be earned by the bussiness that I am reviewing! If you follow me on google, you'll see how many low reviews I am giving; because I know when I am saying something, you, the reader going there, 'll expect at least the same quality service that I am getting. I wish you a happy "implanting" with Dr. Kooshyar Tahmasabi, And by the way, his price is one of the best in Orange County! He even can accommodate you to pay in a few payments, as the work steps are complete! This is my journey with a dental implant that I don't even know if initially, I was supposed to have or if the first dr. was honest!
PS. Please see the attached picture as a testimony how Dr. Tahmasaby positioned the implant screw without touching the sinus socket so that I won't need a sinus lift! Instead, he used a much wider screw for more stability based on the size of my jaw.
