I called in to confirm my appointment which is in a few days when requesting to verify if another day was available without canceling , the receptionist put me on hold then came back to the line and told me that they couldn’t see me and that I had to go look for another cardiologist because I had cancel my appointment previously and threatened me that I was lucky they didn’t charge me a $30 cancellation fee .. which when I did canceled I called in advance. I was in shock to the way I was treated i did let her know if you treat your patients by phone like this I could imagine when going for the visit!! I will be looking for a cardiologist office that will treat me with respect and care for my health!! I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS CARDIOLOGIST OFFICE TO MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS!! No wonder why they have a 3 STARS RATING!!!
