I’m reading reviews now and see a lot of people are complaining,
I had similar experience, first tree months I received medication and results are great, -20lb . But then problem with delivery, nothing came to me , I’m trying to reach them with emails, calls… i just got an excuses but not solution for my problem.
Till today,
I got a call from Edilma Villaman, she was able to help me and explain me what happened, looks like they are going to transition to new system and they are having a lot of clients, during this process mistakes are simply happening, in my case problem was my billing address and we solve this problem and I got a sincere apology for whole mess and I will get next medication free of charge
I didn’t ask for it but it’s nice gesture from her and I need to mention that
I had a feeling that nobody cares for clients but I was wrong,
guys give them a chance to fix your problem , I was on the way to change supplier but other companies are not transparent with what are you paying
So I’m still here
