In this brief review, I will first introduce myself, explain why I enjoy Serenity Massage, and share my general observations about the business.
I am in my early 50s, and I load dairy, deli, and frozen pallets using an electric pallet jack (single) in refrigerated trailers for a large distribution center as my livelihood. For our convenience, there are two Serenity Massage businesses in Phoenix; one located in Tempe and the other in Chandler (Sun Lakes area). This review will focus on the Chandler establishment, for it has been my go-to massage business for several years. No doubt, my review is overdue, so today I will shine a spotlight on them for those who are interested.
The personnel of masseuses are Tiffany, Anna, May, Winnie, Linda, and Jenny. All of them have had me as a client. Also, I always request only deep-tissue, two-hour massages. As for each of their strengths, they will always communicate with their clients. To put it another way, they genuinely care and aim to alleviate their clients' pain. The massage training they received, I assume, is tailored to meet the unique needs of their clientele.
Finally, Serenity Massage of Chandler is exceptionally well-maintained. I have never entered without having been greeted by warm, friendly smiles; the same is true when my session concludes. The facility is incredibly clean, both inside and outside. For example, the rooms, bedding, towels, and restrooms are all well-maintained. The ambiance is enhanced by soothing music, a comfortable temperature, and a softly lit environment.
