Dr. Schwartz is nice but largely unavailable. He leaves the work to his employees.
The master's level nurse practitioner named Eric is arrogant and difficult to work with. He does not value the patient's perspective or input. I tried working with him, but his arrogance was intolerable. I requested to be switched to a new med provider in the office.
The doctoral-level nurse practitioner named Kim is by far the most unprofessional mental health provider I have ever worked with. When she is angry with you, she will say you cannot contact her cellphone for emergency situations, leaving you medically vulnerable. She initiates conflicts with patients by text and shows very little empathy or problem-solving skills. She is very heavy on the judgment and will emotionally punish patients for honest mistakes in communication. Does not set expectations well with patients. It is for this reason that I felt unsafe in the office and went back to an old provider who always treats me with respect, values my perspective, and is available for emergencies at night.
The office staff are always polite. Do not mistake politeness for medical competence. This office is not equipped to handle complex patients that may need medical help at night.
