When I called to cancel the woman on the phone with me was a little rude, which I wrote off to me canceling at the last minute, even though it was a family emergency out of state. When i got back into town, I rescheduled. I made this appointment over a month ago, for 9am. I got there early, because it was my first time seeing this doctor and I knew I would have paperwork to fill out. When 9am comes and goes, it is now after 9 and I have not been acknowledged, spoke to or anything I go up to the window. Are you behind? No they say your appointment is at 9:10. No my appointment is at 9. Well they told me that so I would get there early to fill out my paperwork. You told me to get here early to fill out my paperwork, I got here at 8:40. Why would you tell me my appointment is at 9 if its really 9:10. How would you like it if I got here late and kept you waiting? My time is just as valuable at yours. Now its 9:20. How much longer am I going to be kept waiting? Because everyone else has gotten into the doctor on time. Another lady comes out and says the doctor is over an hour behind and I can wait or reschedule. I think I will find another doctor. I am there for a reason, not to play games. I know I am not going to get in there on time, but if they give me the wrong appointment time on purpose, that really makes me mad. Everyones time is valuable. Theirs and mine, but if this is how they run that office I don't know what to say. I need a doctors office whose staff is a little more respectful. Don't lie to me about the appointment time then ask me to get there early.
