Front desk girls are of no help! And extremely rude! I've been trying to get these girls to put in a referral for ever. And every time they say it's done it has not been done. Doc is pretty good but his staff are crap!

Customers service it's really bad, not friendly or even try to help! They don't honor you appointment, you will wait for 2-3 hours. Dr. Saunders it's a great doctor but just the people who he has working with him make me put a poor rate!

Dr. Saunders has been all my kids doctor from birth, my oldest is 22 never any problems. He has an excellent staff and they all are very thorough.
