Clean store, produce and bakery departments are always stocked, and fresh. I love the Safeway App save money and help me remember my grocery list. A little expensive but much better than Savemore, so I don't mind paying a higher price.

Safeway has been marking up their products so much for so long that 2 other grocery stores were able to open within a quarter mile and stay profitable by just not gouging the locals.
