The cooling devices are stopped or maybe not present. , restrooms are closed, no call answer they were completely in the same mood and nervous, my last visit was on 10/26/21 at 2:30 pm I took an x-ray as usual in any visit. I asked the doctor inside the room about the procedure that will be taken for me for that day. She answered me that I needed another appointment. I asked her again what is the next step She answered me asking the staff at the front desk , as I asked Dr. Jane several questions, but she did not answer me even one question. I left the room without knowing anything about my future in this clinic, after they extracted several teeth and promised me to install a partial denture after I had The insurance’s approval of that, I went back to the window again to get another appointment without knowing anything from the doctor about the next step. The girl at the window gave me an appointment for 110 days, and this is a long and unbearable time, but I asked her at the window about the reason for the appointment, she answered me you are good, I asked her the same question several times, she did not answer, as she treated me badly, contrary to the moral values of medicine, I left the clinic with disappointment, after that I returned to the clinic after 15 minutes had passed so that I might find someone else. Bad for that, and through this letter, I file a complaint against the doctor and the staff at the same time.
