Been home 3 weeks and not one visit, call, nothing! United healthcare has contacted them as well,,,, no response.
Guess Rush is now just like the rest of them. So very very disappointed.
Just found out after being on phone for over an hour via a United healthcare rep that Valdez never reviewed the request that was sent on 5-29,,,,, here we are at 6-10 and nothing NOTHING ! has been reviewed
