I dont recognize the man, talk about success going to someone's head. He refused to care for or help a child in severe pain repair damage done to a 9yo desperately failed by Rio Rancho Ortho and Dental.
We took our child to Rio Rancho Ortho and dental every 6 months for over 6 years were told his teeth were pristine, no cavity Club every 6 months. The final time we took him to Rio Rancho Ortho and dental. Within 4 weeks, we were eating dinner and his face white as a ghost and he had incredible paan in his mouth, he opened his mouth and one of his teeth was completely rotted open. I called Rio Rancho Ortho Dental the next day they would not take him for a month and a half so we took him to our dentist to diagnosed him as needing three root canals, seven extractions, three fillings and needed to go into braces immediately. Jorgensen said he would not take care of our child because of potential litigation going after the dentist who did all of this to our child. Dr Rudd and his team we're absolutely amazing and sensitive to the situation. Our child has been under Dr Rudd's care for almost 2 years now and we should be finishing our orthodontic Journey with Dr Rudd should be compleca before our child starts 9th grade! I am so thankful to Dr Rudd, his team and the kindness they have shown. Dr Rudd is far more reasonably priced. It's amazing and much more comfortable to be in a doctor's office where egos are checked at the door. I myself am physically disabled and have a traumatic brain injury gifted by an underinsured NM drunk driver, I have been treated horribly by the New Mexico medical community, and I am beyond thankful Dr Rudd and his staff do not treat their patients the way Jorgensen and his son do.
