Whenever I bring her in for the bloodwork, since she is blind and can't drive--the hospital never has those orders. We will even have notifications saying labs need done, yet when we show up we get sent home. This office has a very difficult time sending orders over! We constantly have to wait or even go home and come back another day. It's very frustrating for my mom and myself. We waste gas all the time going around this endless loop. Please send orders over! This is extremely hard on your disabled patients when you don't have your office together. We love the doctor we see but we just have so many issues with nurses or staff sending orders over that it's come to a point where we must leave a negative review. It's been 2 years of this and we are frustrated.
