From the very first appointment, Dr. Osman has been nothing short of phenomenal. I was able to conceive our daughter on the very first transfer, and now we're back for another bundle of joy.

If i could give any suggestions to the owners, it would be to revise the finance department. As a previous patient here i never had any problems with the finance team but this go around has been different. I was asked to prepay for services without the claim being submitted to insurance because the finance department “didn’t want to take the chance of the insurance not paying for the service”. I was blown away by this and did not pay because that is incorrect process especially when i checked with my insurance and made sure the service was covered.
