I started going to RIZAP on Sept. 7th, 2022 b/c I wanted to lose some weight that I gained in the past couple of years. What I love about it is that it's more than just going to the gym...
I get 2 days of 50min one-on-one personalized training sessions per week. Before each session, my (amazing) trainer, Taito, checks my weight, blood pressure, etc. to make sure we're on the right track.
The program offers a great support system that includes daily messaging with my trainer, where I share details and photos of what I've eaten, water intake, morning weight, sleep pattern, energy level, etc. I often have questions and he always sends me answers, feedback and if needed suggests adjustments.
My weight goal became his goal and we are both determined to succeed!
I'm already feeling the difference, I've got more energy, and I'm excited and confident about reaching my goal with the support, new habits, and smarter eating I've incorporated thanks to RIZAP.
