I'm sitting here for the fourth time in two years and every time I have to wait 20 to 40 mins before they even call me back. Then I wait another 8 mins in the little room for anyone come in to see me.
Next, one of the receptionist called me at work one day to tell me that my 'abnormal' results came in. Of course I am really nervous about hearing that and ask when I can get in to meet with the Doctor and it would be an entire week before I could be seen. That is not ok for a receptionist to tell a patient about the results. As previously working in the medical field, patients are protected and receptionist has no business knowing that my results are abnormal that should only be discussed between health care provider/doctor.
The doctors and assistants are phenomenal nice and caring when talking with me as a patient.
They as an office need a better system and more providers to eliminate the wait.
