Most of my life, I’ve had very bad dental experiences. I’d refrain from going to the dentist because of these experiences. I won’t go into detail as I’d rather focus on my current situation and my experiences at Riccobene & Associates.
I decided that it was time to work past my fears and focus on what was most important - my dental health.
I asked family and friends for recommendations yet decided to do my due diligence and research a new dentist office. I searched my dental benefits for recommendations and searched the web on the reviews of those that were in network. The reviews for Riccobene & Associates were good. I thought to myself, what’s the worse that could happen after going through so many nightmares in the past - another nightmare?
I made an appointment for a routine checkup and received a treatment plan. It was thoroughly discussed with me, a cost analysis was provided to me, and I agreed to the treatment plan.
My first appointment, I was frightened, from my previous experiences. I do not like the sound of the drill so bring my AirPods to every visit.
The staff are all phenomenal - the Receptionist - who answers the phone asking “how can we help perfect your smile” - it’s such a warm and welcoming greeting - it truly sets the tone for the rest of your wonderful experiences you will receive from the rest of the staff.
Every visit, my reception, assistant, and dentist experience was amazing! They knew of my past experiences and ensured attentiveness and genuine concern. Nobody loves going to the dentist, yet the treatment you experience here makes you look forward to your visit.
I saved this for last as it’s the epitome of my experiences at this office. Meg! Meg is the Dental Hygienist at this office. Her attitude, friendliness, care and concern, are amazing. She also has a great sense of humor. Today when I went in for a maintenance visit with her, I’m the middle of the treatment, I told her I wanted to tell her something when she finished….I told her that I easily witness her passion for her work! She’s precise - somewhat rhythmic, in the manner in which she works. It’s really hard to put into words - yet I made it a point to say it to her because I feel people should be told when they provide you a great experience, no matter what it is! People should “hear” they are appreciated….they hear the complaints!
I’d never think in my lifetime that I’d be writing a positive review for a dentist office, yet I am happy that I am in a position to provide this review!
