I have had sound baths before, but what is unique about Chris is that he combines both frequency tuning alongside his energy work. He prepares you with the most divine aromatherapy that uplifts you and immediately takes your senses into another realm. He then ask for your permission to open with a prayer and ends with a guided meditation. The music he chose was so angelic that I immediately clicked out during our session and only reawakened when he gently spoke to me. I loved experiencing the amethyst mat he utilizes in his practice. It emit a warm heat and was very comfortable to lay on. I had considered getting one myself - but I'd sooner go and visit Chris to experience deeper energy work at the hands of a gifted practitioner!
He works intuitively. Without going into too much revelatory information, Chris sensed things that I needed and experienced during the session with zero input for me. It was a deeply healing session and I walked away from it with such a sense of deep trust in the journey that a person chooses to undergo towards spiritual health and well being.
Chris is so genuine and cares so much about his work that there is no question in my mind that he is meant to be a healer. I felt 100% safe, supported, and guided by a very nurturing being.
