So, she asked me if she could get my hair done as well as some other services, which I NEVER take the time to do for myself. A while ago, a friend of mine had her hair done by Brandy, the owner and it looked really nice so I thought, if I ever do get my hair done, that’s where I’ll go. So my mom called and scheduled the appointment and pre-paid for SEVERAL services. On the morning they told me my appointment was scheduled I called just to confirm the time and they told me I had missed my appointment, it was the day before. I would’ve never scheduled it that day because I had a real estate closing. So I figured it was just a mixup between several parties trying to schedule an appointment. Then, we rescheduled for a few weeks later. Today, on the way to my appointment I get a call telling me that I missed my appointment again and they wouldn’t be able to do my hair. The time I was told to come was an appointment time for one of my other services. When I explained that I had the note beside me that I wrote the time down on, Brandy actually acted like I wasn’t telling the truth. She was rude, short, and obviously in a hurry to leave. This was 15 minutes after my appointment time SHE said I had. This all could have been doable, as I stated I was on my way, actually 5 minutes away. She was unwilling to set her schedule back 15-20 minutes after SHE made a booking mistake. This all makes me wonder if she pulled a fast one on me the first time. Hopefully my mom gets her money back because she was charged for it quite some time ago. Terrible business practice. Extremely unprofessional, especially since she was the owner. Save yourself the time and schedule with somebody who wants your business, save yourself the disappointment. I am very disappointed, actually sad, I had been looking forward to the treat for quite some time.
