I visited the Urgent Care on September 3 and I wanted to share a positive experience to let others know This is a good option if this kind of care is needed. I appreciated that you could book a reservation time online to cut down the wait time of being a walk-in. You will still need to allocate a good amount of time, especially if it is busy, but it is no worse than any other Urgent Care I’ve ever been to. The people checking me in were very kind- The only thing that was a little bit frustrating is I felt like I did not get a good idea of how long I would be waiting as the virtual queue is not always the most accurate. Just take note and follow their advice to call the front desk if you want to check your place in line and you are waiting somewhere else, like in your car, etc. the wait wasn’t they’re fault and they helped, however, they could. I unfortunately did not get their names.
The first person I interacted with was the x-ray tech, unfortunately, I did not get his name, but he was very good. My provider’s name was Alina, and she was very thorough, kind, and compassionate. She got straight to the point, and I wasn’t there any longer than I needed to be, which I appreciated. My nurse’s name was Lyric, and there was a student in her externship named Ymany- Both were very kind, skilled, And make sure I knew what was going on. I appreciate it also that Lyric was kind and compassionate in her approach to teaching Ymany. For what is worth, it seems this is a good place to do an externship as well. Lastly, the discharger, Daisy, was very helpful and gave me good information. Overall, a very good experience after needing to seek care for a pretty badly broken big toe.
