As for my background, I have had issues with my cervical spine for the past 17 years. While other doctors suggest that I get surgery, Red Rock Surgery has offered me a more conservative approach. On top of that, I just had an accident and shattered my right heel. My podiatrist never referred me to have an MRI, while Kellie did, to have a clearer view of my bones and soft tissue. Plus, they will help you wean off pain medication while helping you manage your pain.
For the staff, KUDDOS! My referral to a PT, to a new podiatrist, and to have an MRI referral were all done the same day. Billing has also done a great job by getting in touch with my primary and secondary insurance ahead of time, making sure all my procedures are authorized and approved. The scheduling department makes sure that all my appointments coincide with my availability. They would send a text reminder or two, and a phone call, to ensure you won't miss your schedule.
