Prior to re-joining Ranfone Training Systems and beginning work with Andrew, the previous five years were spent as an above average amateur cyclist. Racing and riding all disciplines; Road,MTB, and Cyclo-cross. The hours spent on the bike training and racing left little time for maintaining and building back stability, overall strength and grip strength. In addition, a simple 3 hour training ride turned into a painful experience; one hour and a half into the ride, I was off the bike stretching to relieve the pain in my back. My inner coach told me where I needed to be: Ranfone Training Systems with coach Andrew.
RTS is out on the sharp end.The technique and training continues to be cutting edge. The young, skilled, athletes who are the coaches at RTS continue to bring a fresh perspective to the client and RTS. Also, my pain was understood quickly during my evaluation and the training was seamless as I alleviated the pain. Andrew, would check in with me as I progressed and I continued to give him a “Thumbs up”.
What is special and unique as I work with Andrew is his ability to understand the pain I was in and to address the issue through Strength Training, Flexibility and Cardio work. Its obvious Andrew understands my goals, weakness’ and bringing my pain under control. I leave the facility always feeling grateful and I have no pain as my body gets back in balance. Furthermore, my goals continue to be increasing my Life span and improving my health span and Exercise is the only tool to this end. Working with Andrew at RTS is for me, the perfect compliment to my above goals. Furthermore, I will continue to get on the bike, and rip it!
I believe RTS and their coaches want me strong. The approach is sincere and my training is under a guidance that is steeped in many years of knowledge and training. The coaches keep my form in check, which is so important. In addition, while I am training those around me are there for the same reason: GO HARD or GO HOME. ;-)
In Summary, I will keep it simple; spend the money and Get after it at RTS. You will get strong safely and you will free yourself from any pain you may be experiencing.
