I had hand surgery done by Dr. Ramin Pooyan, and the entire experience was better than I ever expected. From the moment I walked in to the day I left the facility, everything was handled with such professionalism and care. Dr. Pooyan is without a doubt the best hand doctor in Palm Springs — the scar on my wrist is barely visible, and I’m already feeling 100% better.
I also want to give a special shoutout to the anesthesia doctor, Dr. Levy who made me feel safe and completely at ease before surgery. They explained everything clearly, kept me calm, and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. That kind of care goes a long way when you’re facing a procedure.
Dr. Pooyan’s surgical team was equally impressive. Every nurse, tech, and assistant worked together like clockwork. You could feel the teamwork in the room, and that gave me total confidence in the process. They were kind, attentive, and treated me like more than just a patient.
