A lot of people ask how much time I spend at the gym everyday, prompting my query: " Are you asking how long I'm there? Or how long I workout?"
This gym has room for the old school bodybuilder, the modern power lifter, the Olympic lifter, the yoga enthusiast, the silks performers, and anyone else who wants to join the fitness family.
Hell, the gym even has a mini kitchen if you didn't get your meals prepped ahead of time, a massage table, break room, and a sauna.
The kids room is a highlight for the little ones and accents the fact that the gym is a family friendly environment.
Speaking of family, I need to answer my question. I spend about 3 hours in the gym. I catch up with Ben and Amanda for the first 30 minutes, if they're free, workout for an hour, perform any challenges Ben poses (I'll get around to my 1000 birthday burpees soon...), then either play with the kids or converse with other gym members in the break room for an extended period of time. As a member for almost 2 years, the staff and many other members have become my extended family. ❤️
It's a gym of people who are serious about fitness but can sit back and enjoy life. Sense of humor is required.
