There is something seriously wrong at this Quest location. I put in a call to Quest corporate about it. I have had many blood draws here, and I always make an appointment and use the Quest text messaging feature that confirms you have arrived and then calls you in via text message for your draw. Over time I noticed that whenever one employee was on duty, I would never get the message calling me in. Then when it was my time I would also go in and register at the kiosk. But then they would start taking patients who had appointments later than me, but only if this one employee was on duty. After 15 minutes or so I would ask what was going on, and this employee would tell me that I was a walk-in, that they don't guarantee walk-ins service, and that I could wait, but they might never serve me. One time I waited two hours before giving up. Another time I walked in the door after the app told me to come in and this employee said I hadn't arrived on time so I was a walk-in. As time went on it became clear that things always went the same when this employee was on duty, and perfectly otherwise. I also started to notice other people who felt they have been cancelled having heated arguments with this employee. After this happened to me four or five times, I got the employee to confirm that they were a phlebotomist there, and also to ramble on for about fifteen minutes, during which time they claimed that I should not use the reservation system since it didn't work, that I should come straight to them instead, that they had no way to call me in for my appointment or to communicate with the national Quest system using text messages, and that I had been late for my appointment or had not used the app properly (which I disproved by showing the messages on my phone). During this time everyone else waiting to have their blood drawn started to look concerned at what the employee was saying, as well as how she was saying it given that she was about to draw their blood. She could have served 2 or 3 of us in the time she took to say it. Before long they all walked out. This location has a rogue phlebotomist, and I continue to go there to test the proposition that I only get cancelled when they are on duty. I wouldn't let this employee draw my blood. I have called Quest corporate, if this employee has singled you out as well, you should call too. If I haven't deleted this review, this situation hasn't gotten fixed.
