Read MoreThis place is one of the worst places I've ever been too, first off they don't tell you they charge more when it comes to length of the nails, they have a chart but won't show you, one of the manicurist that did my nails he didn't even do the bowl and water or cuticle clean up just went in on my nails, he then over charged me, I ended up paying 150 that day on nails,eyebrow waxing and my lashes which they charged me again saying cause they added more to my lash line even though they didn't say that before hand, I was charged 125 after my nails were done as I was waiting for the lash lady,, which I asked before giving the money "that's for everything including the eyebrows and laahes?" The guy said "yes" but then the lash lady charged me another 20 for my lashes, cause she had to "add more" but didn't ask me if thats what I wanted, my friend who got everything like me except the eyebrows was only charged 100 bucks and she had longer nails than me, after I left I double checked their website and realized I was over charged so I went back to discuss this, they said It was my fault even though they didn't explain prices, I told them how the manicurist didn't even ask if I wanted gel or Matte or if I wanted them long he just asked for shape, my nails also came out really bad, I tried to get my money back of what I was over charged and they denied me, saying I was lying and that it was my fault I should known even thoughI've never been there before, and that cumulatively it's not their fault if and in their words "got screwed over and charged more"
