When she arrived, Dr Naik approached her and rudely asked "why are you here???". My mom is elderly and had brain surgery so she is not quick on her feet. My mom also said the receptionist was also very rude to her. She felt so uncomfortable and degraded by this doctor and her receptionist that she refused to return. Fortunately, I was not able to accompany my mother on these appointments because she would not have liked my response. If you are reading this, Dr Naik, you should be ashamed of yourself. You need to work on your bedside manner
