I have been a member at Pure Barre for over 12 years. Due to life changes here in and there over the past decade, I have sometimes needed to put my membership on hold, but I always go back when my life settles back into routine. When I need to take a break and then go back, it’s easy to pick where I left off at a level where I can gradually increase my workout intensity. No matter what level I’m at, I always feel productive and like a got a workout that fits my physical limits and/or physical strengths at the time. I love that I just pull up in front of the building (with only a thin sidewalk separating me and the door), walk straight into the studio greeted with smiles, and they check me in with no wait or fob needed. I love that we are all there for the same purpose: to get in shape, gain strength and flexibility, be proactive in maintaining our health, and using our time to focus on ourselves. Best of all, they have a great team that encourages you to do your best and test your own limits. AND even better than that, I have made friends and acquaintances who have been cheering me on and celebrating my milestones with me for over a decade.
