The workout is a great compliment to my other workouts (running, kickboxing, and weightlifting)! It targets my hamstrings, outer and inner thighs, and bum more than my other workouts. Plus, I continue to feel the burn and shake for quite awhile after the class, which really makes me feel like my body is changing. All the instructors are great, so there is not a disparity between classes. They are all tough! I highly recommend it!
