I have mobility & strength problems in my right leg / knee from an accident a few years ago that have limited my approach to traditional fitness. After hearing Pure Barre was low impact, I thought I would give it a shot & I'm glad I did! I have not sustained a sweat like this in a time. The movements are simple, and thanks to Julie, the instructions are clear, so you never feel "lost" during the routine. I was a bit nervous showing up, but the entire staff was very welcoming. I think the best part of Pure Barre is how it's designed to challenge you no matter where you are on your fitness journey. If you're still reading this, you need to just book a class and jump in!
