The whole experience was questionable. When i came in Debbie was at the desk and asked what’s going on. I told her my eye was swollen and she’s like ok, well let me see if the doctor will see you. It’s nowhere near closing. She comes back a moment later and says ok. She has me electronically sign paperwork that I can’t actually see on the screen. I go in and it’s pretty obvious i have a stye. Doctor was in my personal space a lot. I was extremely uncomfortable because his whole body was next to mine. He says he’ll send a script over for steroid eye drops. He doesn’t even tell me what’s wrong with me. I go up front and I ask about my copay. She waves me off saying not to worry, they will bill me if needed. It’s on my insurance card that my copay is $30. My husband then tells me while I was inside another lady comes in and asks if she can be seen today. Debbie says I’m not sure, doc is back there with an emergency case for the next 45 minutes (I was the only patient back there). Debbie then asks what’s wrong and the woman proceeds to explain she thinks she has a UTI. Debbie goes back and returns a moment later saying doc will see her. Pretty sure they’re cherry picking quick/easy patients to see here. Btw, this doctor prescribed a completely wrong medication. My ophthalmologist says I have an obvious stye and the meds will do nothing for me. I hope you don’t bill me because I didn’t receive proper services, no paperwork to take home, no instructions, nothing.
