Read MoreI'll begin with the fact that we have utilized Primtime Pediatrics for over 10 years if our primary isnt available. We've always had a positive and professional experience. Dr Eckstein is wonderful. He was kind, gentle, and understanding with my son. He promptly diagnosed him and ensured all questions were answered.
Otherwise, what an absolute mess and disappointment everything else has been. We left Primetime at 5:30 PM on a Thursday evening and were waiting to be notified that my sons antibiotic was ready for pick-up. I contact the pharmacy at 7 PM, it was never received. I contact Primetime at 7:30 PM, as I understand there are many sick children and it may take a bit longer to submit. They admit it wasn't sent and stated they will promptly send it. It is now 3:40 PM Friday and it was JUST sent in after 4 phone inquiring phone calls and our primary pediatric office contacting them.
What an absolute lack of responsibility, effort, and care especially considering this is a necessary medication for a very sick child.
As someone employed as a professional in an urgent care setting, this is inexcusable.
