At our first appointment, Dr. Roberts was extremely thorough and spent quality time with my daughter and me. Although it is a busy practice, he made us feel as if we were his only patients. He also told me if we needed anything, to message him.
Approximately a week later, I sent him a message regarding the need for a test that had been requested for my daughter. Dr. Roberts messaged me back right away and quickly made accommodations with Misty to complete the test needed, same day, in their office. Dr. Roberts then spent additional (and unscheduled) time with my daughter to address her health care needs and provided intervention on her behalf. Without being asked, he became one of her advocates!
This office provides something that is very hard to find these days. They truly care about their patients. They are compassionate, understanding and very responsive. We are not just another charge number or case file to them.
Finding qualified, in-network providers who truly care, can be daunting. Not with this office! The level of care and concern already shown to me and my daughter (and in such a short amount of time) confirms that Dr. Roberts and his staff at PremierMed, are top-notch! They have more than exceeded my expectations and have set the bar very high for other medical providers.
