This place was clean There are good machines on the second floor. Cable machines are also good. The dumbbell side is a bit narrow. However, I am satisfied with the 4 racks.

The personal trainer was great with establishing a daily warm up along with the planning of upper body workout with next day lower body workout. Showing me the methods for setting up each individual machine. I don't think it could have been done better.

Great facility! I’ve only gone during very early mornings but it’s always quiet and the staff is attentive. Really glad it’s open 24 hours on the weekends also!
